Main material: Aluminum, Magnesium, Zinc, Brass, Iron, Steel, Copper 3. History of factory: 35years. 4. Main Products: The predecessor of Ningbo Beilun Yontone Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. was Ningbo Zhixing Mould and Die Casting Factory. It was establised in year 1978 by the father of Yontone's CEO. Then it was inherited by YONTONE in year 2008, renamed: Ningbo Beilun Yontone Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. Our business started from Mould Making & Die Casting. We have more than 35years of mould making and die casting experience. We are engaged in die casting, low pressure casting, sand casting, gravity casting parts and mould( casting mould, injection mould, stamping mould) making. We can follow the customer's drawing or samples to do the mold design and mold flow analysis, to improve the process of die casting. We can produce gear box parts, motorcycle accessories, LED street lighting housing accessories, power tool housings, city gas meter body, etc. From year 2006, we start to do business in machining field. Any steel alloy, iron alloy, aluminium alloy, zinc alloy, and magnesium alloy parts are no problem to us. We are especially exports of all kinds of high precision parts in hydraulic cylinders which have leakage requirement. We are very familiar with them. Hydraulic products covering almost all the difficult processing products, including rotary part, castings, irregularly shaped parts, sheet metal and precision machining parts.
