With the registered capital of 10 million RMB,Zhengzhou Sinova Industrial Development Co., Ltd. is a domestic joint-equity enterprise formed by three factories dedicated to the industrial investment in the manufacture and R&D of fine chemicals ,Bee products and beekeeping equipment. At present, Sinova owns 3 manufacturing entities: Changge Xinxing Bee Products Equipment Co., Ltd., and Changge Shineberry New Materials Co., Ltd.; two professional international marketing companies; and a joint venture: Henan Zhuoyu Bee Products Industry Co., Ltd., situated in Dazhou Industry Park and Guanting Industry Park of Changge (Xuchang).
